Job Description
:



As a Service Manager, In-Office Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace environment for our organization. This leader brings curiosity for new technology, a drive for continuous improvement, and pursuit of new ways of working to the team. They have business acumen and tech savvy coupled with a focus on establishing relationships across the enterprise, bringing these together to identify areas of opportunity and the change management expertise to ensure adoption and value creation. Key Responsibilities
:




Audio/Visual



  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AV systems within our offices.


  • Collaborate with vendors to procure AV equipment, ensuring high-quality audio and visual experiences during meetings, presentations, and events.


  • Troubleshoot AV issues promptly and provide technical support to end-users.


  • Stay informed about emerging AV technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.





Infrastructure Buildout:



  • Work closely with real estate teams to plan and execute office buildouts, expansions, and relocations.


  • Ensure that infrastructure (network, power, cabling, etc.) supports modern workplace needs.


  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and facilities teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces.


  • Address any technical challenges related to infrastructure during buildout phases.





Printing:



  • Manage the printing infrastructure across our locations.


  • Coordinate with print vendors to maintain efficient and cost-effective printing solutions.


  • Implement print security measures to safeguard sensitive information.


  • Optimize print workflows and minimize waste.





In-Office Applications:



  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of software applications used by employees within the office environment.


  • Ensure compatibility, security, and optimal performance of applications.


  • Train end-users on new tools and features.


  • Monitor application usage and gather feedback for continuous improvement.





Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Metrics:



  • Monitor and track SLAs for AV, printing, and infrastructure services.


  • Monitor performance metrics, including uptime, response time, and user satisfaction.


  • Continuously improve service delivery based on data-driven insights.





Vendor Management:



  • Establish strong relationships with vendors and participate in negotiating contracts.


  • Evaluate vendor performance and hold them accountable to agreed-upon service levels.


  • Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize costs.





Change Management and Communication:



  • Communicate changes related to digital workplace services to employees.


  • Coordinate communications across businesses and teams


  • Facilitate smooth transitions during office moves or technology upgrades.


  • Provide training and documentation to ensure user adoption.





Minimum Requirements
:



  • 10+ years of professional experience, including diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).





Qualifications
:



  • Bachelor's degree (in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field), or equivalent experience.


  • Proven experience in managing workplace services, including AV, printing, and infrastructure.


  • Strong project management skills.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


  • Familiarity with real estate processes and workplace technology trends.





Specialized Knowledge & Skills
:



  • Extensive experience in a leadership role focused on employee enablement, digital workplace solutions, or organizational development.


  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee enablement programs in a large, complex organization.


  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital workplace technologies and trends.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.


  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.


  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position



$149,600 - $249,400
