About the Position:

The NC Machinery Sales team is seeking a sales professional experienced in the selling heavy equipment in the Wasilla, Alaska area. 

You will be serving customers with deep knowledge of the construction industries so it is essential to develop a role as a trusted advisor and consultant. Personal aptitude and professional credibility is essential for success in this role.  Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of the components of our outstanding machinery, which is why we intend this to be someone's career and not just a short-term job. You must be an articulate and effective communicator to be successful working with people who are highly skilled on heavy machinery. Developing proposals, estimates, and annual maintenance contracts are essential functions of the position. 

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products, Caterpillars proprietary software and related programs. 

Minimum of 3 years progressive sales experience or 5 years of equivalent experience is preferred. 

Compensation includes base, commission with car allowance, expense reimbursement, medical benefits and an excellent 401-K with profit sharing program.
