Job Description:

Available July 15, 2024. Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Rate of pay $24.81 to $26.84, based on experience. Experience working in the field of Human Resources preferred, strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, time management skills, understanding of HR procedures, practices, and employment law, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially HR software and HRIS databases, record keeping background, customer service focus, ability to work independently, teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with HR colleagues, and discretion to handle confidential employee information. Maintaining employee records (physical and digital). This includes filing, updating information, and ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations, Responding to employee inquiries and requests related to HR matters, potentially including some basic troubleshooting, Maintaining confidentiality of employee information, Helps assure successful meetings, training programs and other activities by aiding in preparation and distribution of materials, fliers for bulletin boards and other forms of communication; attending meetings and taking minutes;  assists the HR team in other areas as needed.
