Hatchery Worker Labor HY01- (3-Day Work Week) - 2nd Shift -Overnight

• This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Summary:

• Team member will be responsible for moving racks of product, and or boxes throughout the facility in a concerted manner. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This will include but not be limited to operating machinery, counting, reading, scrubbing, soaping, rinsing, disinfecting, mopping, or buffing to meet all sanitation requirements set forth. The team member will also be responsible for practicing safe and delicate egg and chick handling, as well as promoting and practicing proper Animal Welfare Guidelines. Applicants must have the ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. occasionally, must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach for long periods of time- up to 13 hours a shift, must have the ability to work in an area with a high concentration of allergens such as chick down, dust etc. Will be working in a climate ranging from cold to hot temperatures with high humidity.

Start rate $16.05 per hour - $2.00 shift premium.


Must have a flexible schedule and complete all tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Must not own possess or otherwise maintain any domestic wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

Only applicants from the following counties in AR will be considered: Carroll, Boone and Madison. Stone County in Mo, within a 50-mile radius of the GF Hatchery.

Work Schedule/Days: Tuesday , Friday and Saturday

Hours: 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Shift : Over night
