We are an engineering firm and are looking to hire an HR Recruiting Coordintor to our team!



Job Description:

• Tracking and managing job postings.


• Scheduling interviews and arranging for travel when needed.


• Assist with candidate sourcing and perform candidate screenings.


• Preparing assessments and performing reference checks.


• Creating reports and key metrics for weekly and quarterly reporting.


• Provide administrative support for career fairs, outreach programs and recruiting events.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


• Tracking of vendor and agency agreements.


• Performing talent /market research as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree highly preferred


• 1- 5 years of relevant HR experience


• Experience with HR Systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred (ADP experience a plus)


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with an aptitude for learning new software.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Additional Info:

• 
  Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (some flexibility)


• 
  Location: Saint Paul , MN


• 
  Pay: $50k-$75k (depending on experience)
