We're looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support our industry leading products here at Tosoh Quartz, Inc.

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and forecasting process, as well as driving engagement through the monthly reports and analysis to key business and department owners in the company. They will also provide analytics in support of the business to aid in optimal decision making to optimize revenue, profitability, and cash flow by examining cost centers and product lines and providing business insight to drive change.

What you'll do at Tosoh Quartz.

• Provide support for financial planning and consolidated reporting for FP&A.
• Provide insights and analyses to assist the company in making sound business decisions to enable sustainable revenue growth through sound P&L management.
• Provide quality monthly/ ad-hoc analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with the development of analytical dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual Budget, Forecast and Estimate.

Who you are.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar role.
• Expert skills in Excel.
• Proficient in budgeting/forecasting processes and reporting techniques with the associated hands-on experience in both.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Quick learner and able to work collaboratively and independently.

• Experience with IFS software.
• Financial model experience.
• Manufacturing company experience.
