Description:

The SITECH Operations Manager will manage inventory and warehouse operations, handle sales processing and profitability tracking, and oversee hardware rentals. Additionally, the role includes managing technical support staff and assisting with scheduling demonstrations and non-charge activities.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inventory Related Tasks – 35%

Analyze inventory reports

Order stock from our manufacturers based on demand and projections

Receive inventory and manage warehouse operations

Tracks parts and rental inventory

Sales Related Tasks – 35%

Analyze sales pipeline reports

Process over the counter sales tickets

Build kits and activate hardware for sell and delivery to customers

Track profitability on sales.

Register sold hardware in the manufacturers service portal

Process warranties through our manufacturer

Rental Related Tasks – 20%

Setup and return hardware on rental contracts

Manage rental hardware turn based on cost & depreciation

Personnel Related Tasks – 10%

Manage and direct technical support staff as needed

Assist in scheduling demonstrations and non-charge activities


Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Management Experience of 5+ Years

Attention to detail and the able to follow/build processes

Excellent computer skills – Microsoft office and Web Based platforms

Very effective communication skills – both verbal and written

Experience in warehouse operations

Experience in technology based hardware a plus

Knowledge of heavy civil construction a plus

The ability to gain a solid working knowledge of the products we sell and support
