This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Accreditation and Regulatory Specialist to: (use 3 to 5 bullet points)


  • Develop and implement organizational initiatives to support accreditation and regulatory continuous readiness.
  • U nder the direction of the Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day program operations and workflow.
  • Collaborate with accreditation and regulatory specialists, Director, the organization's content experts, executive sponsors, organizational leaders and medical staff leaders to develop an effective continuous readiness infrastructure that ensures the Program and organizational goals are sustained.
  • Explore opportunities for expanding and standardizing continual readiness initiatives throughout the UW Health enterprise.

Education :

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Work Experience :

Minimum - Three (3) years experience working in the healthcare industry. Prior experience with regulatory standards

Preferred -Three (3) years experience with health care compliance and regulatory activities. 2 years with project management experience and leadership training/classes/experience.
