Job Summary:
Provide case management for a VA funded Housing First grant working to achieve housing stability with veteran households. This position is responsible for creating linkages with VA and community-based resources, coordinating community efforts and providing advocacy efforts for participants in Harbor Homes Supportive Services for Veterans Families program.
