Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to residents, following the guidance of RNs and physicians.


• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.


• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team.


• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.


• Keep accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in California.


• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
