Quality Coordinator, NA

Intertek is searching for a Quality Coordinator, NA to join our Business Assuranceteam in our Kentwood, Michigan office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Management Systems Certification!

The Quality Coordinator, NA is responsible for providing timely administrative support for achieving and maintaining accreditation for our management systems certification services.

What you'll do:


  • Conduct internal audits, manage internal auditing reporting and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Provide the necessary administrative support required for the accreditation body audits to be scheduled and completed successfully including document submissions prior to the audit, coordination and responses to the AB findings, in a timely manner.
  • Support the QMS technical review team, as and when assigned.
  • Coordinate with the relevant process owners for certificate validations, technical queries and complaints.
  • Provide administrative support on special projects and initiatives in the area of technical management.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • At least a High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years work experience including at least 3 years in the field of Quality/Quality Management
  • Proficient in english language and effective communication skills
  • Good computer skills including MS Office skills
