Elite position details:
2 day per week position at a clinic located in Visalia, California that is focused on providing general healthcare to school employees and their family members.Schedule is for day shifts only on Friday 8A to 4P and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Clinic is closed 1 hour each day for lunch.

Elite Providers are responsible to:
Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as neededregarding patient care.Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 12 to 18 patients daily).Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
