Nucor Steel - Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Cold Mill Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team with a culture of safety excellence, team development, quality production, and continuous improvement.


Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years previous leadership experience

• Cold mill production experience
