What your day-to-day will look like:

• Participate in ideation sessions with business stakeholders to form productive, trusting relationships


• Partner with the marketing, operations and executive business teams to create collateral that generates excitement and makes it easy for users to adopt and understand the benefits of new releases


• Work with product leaders to understand cross product dependencies and the overall RXO product strategy, to influence your product roadmap

• Develop a strong relationship with your engineering and design counterparts, communicate effectively with them and work together to deliver value to RXO


• Prioritize and write standard operational processes; partner with development team to break things down and plan them into releases


• Act as an SME to other product team members; help with spreading product knowledge and expertise in the organization


• Focus on building value for our business, not just adding features; develop innovative and unique product offerings by leveraging knowledge of the key market challenges that exist in competitor products


• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making, while also developing key stakeholder relationships in various locations

• Engage with business stakeholders to learn about the industry and acquire a deep understanding of its processes

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 3 years of related experience

It’d be great if you also have:

• 3 years of software product experience within Agile development environment


• Ability to simplify and articulate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences


• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion to deliver solutions that bring most business value


• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as excel, mobile apps and TMS systems

• Experience working in organization with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders


• Mid-level to senior-level product experience, including leading meetings and presenting to executives while being their main resource for all things related to technology innovation


• Proven experience in leading innovation, influencing stakeholders and driving a product roadmap


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
