What you will do:
As the Chief Data Scientist for PGIM you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing PGIM’s data-driven strategy. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer and the PGIM Chief Information & Technology Officer you will join a fast-paced environment that is leading business and cultural transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions, shaping the future of PGIM’s data landscape. You will lead teams of data scientists, who will work diligently on problems that will enable the business to deploy solutions and elevate outcomes.
As an expert in data science and analytics, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, and an inclusive leadership attitude to all that you do.
