We are hiring an IT Administrator to start immediately for a DH position in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
This is a 100% on site position, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize design, implement, and develop a solution for complex/ programs independently
Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
Document system builds and application configurations; maintain and update documentation as needed
Provide support for IT Network and Systems infrastructure including day-to day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for corporate offices
Support implementation of addition, deletions, upgrades and modifications to organization's IT infrastructure
Provide support diagnosing and resolving any potential network and hardware issues
Assist in administering Cisco VoIP phone system
Assist end users through Help Desk ticketing system
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
Ability to work comfortably in UNIX an Linux
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience with Java or other programming languages preferred
Experience developing desktop or server-side applications or software for embedded systems
Familiarity with hardware & software installations, updates & upgrades
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration
Knowledge of Cisco Switches/ Routers and VoIP system is a plus
Basic TCP/IP network connectivity troubleshooting
Experience with server virtualization and SAN knowledge a plus
