Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for inbound callers and answer questions about their account
* Input information into company database and manage orders into the ERP system
* Liaison between customer service and sales team
* Maintain positive and professional demeanor while responding to customer via phone or email
* Assist with other responsibilities as needed


Qualifications
* At least 1 - 2 years of recent experience working in a customer service position.
* Experience communicating effectively
* Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
* Ability to multi-task, problem solving and critical thinking


Compensation and Hours
* This is an hourly position paying about $19-20/hr depending on experience
* This is an in-person, full time, temp-to-perm position in Baltimore
