Position is HYBRID! Salary is between $87k to $125k depending on experience.


Qualifications


* They should be well-organized, able to manage a high-volume caseload, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills


* Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited Law School


* Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas


* 1+ years of practical litigation experience


* Excellent analytical and writing skills


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Negotiate settlements with opposing parties


* Strong analytical and research skills


* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently


* Proficiency in legal research and writing


Responsibilities


* Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively


* Conduct legal research and analysis


* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests


* Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary


* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as required


* Assist with case management and strategy development
