Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with client stakeholders and Infosys Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties are Service Delivery Management, having exposure to Production Support / Operations in a deeply technical environment. Exposure to Google technologies is preferred. This role will be responsible to drive the team in consistently meeting client SLAs, SLOs and SLIs, while also having a keen eye for business growth and account mining.

Required Qualifications:


  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Experience in Technology Leadership positions and Service Delivery Leadership.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure Cloud) .

  • Experience working in a Global delivery environment.

  • Experience with Program Management & Service Delivery Management.

  • Senior Stakeholder Management, Planning and Co-ordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent experience doing hands on development and in creating architecture for large complex development projects.

  • Led program team spread across multiple geographies.

  • Experience leading technical teams in large development programs in Insurance domain.

  • Track record of providing thought leadership in Insurance domain.

  • Strong business consulting skills associated with engagement spanning over 12-18 months.

  • Good Knowledge of SDLC processes.

  • Good communication skill and should be able to adapt in Client Implementation.

  • Eager to learn and apply new technology in large transformation programs.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Team player with ability to foster team spirit and motivation to resolve conflict & meet deadlines.

  • Team collaboration and escalation management skills.

  • Client communication and stakeholder management.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
