PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Production Team Leader is responsible for clarifying and enhancing the Supervisor's ability to conduct their daily activities and to accomplish Rich's objectives. In addition to providing the customer with the best product, value, and service, while providing a safe and clean environment that promotes quality, productivity, and healthy employee relations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  Supervisethe daily production schedule execution. Ensurethat the schedule is manufactured in compliance with the specifications set forth by the customer and Rich's, while maintaining or exceeding, manufacturing standards, yields and efficiencies

  Ensurethat all required documentation for production records is completed according to Rich's policies

  Resolveany employee issues through the grievance process. Recommends recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance

  Attend and complete any company-sponsored training

  
  

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 
  

  High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Some college or degree preferred

  
  


• 
  

  5 years of Food Manufacturing experience (Minimum)

  
  


• 
  

  2 years of Supervisory experience (Minimum)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of SAP or similar systems

  
  


• 
  

  Strong math skills

  
  


• 
  

  Speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a Plus)

  Basic computer skills

  
  


• 
  

  Effective Communication Skills (Will direct English, Spanish, and Asian speaking employees)

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$57,543.48-$77,852.94
