RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Manager in Niceville, FL.

Overview:
The Change Manager is responsible for organizational readiness of Enterprise Systems related transformations. This position assists with managing all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. This person will focus on the people's side of change. The primary responsibility will be in helping to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize Stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The Change Manager will work with the project team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization, and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization.

Responsibilities:

• Change Manager will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans


• Execute activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness


• Manage resolution of potential organizational obstacles


• Communicate and educate the user community on administrative system progress, objectives, and requirements to include a means by which to evaluate and ensure organizational readiness


• Work with process teams to ensure that new design elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into end user training content


• Perform/assess Stakeholder and change impact analysis identifying potential project impacts/risks


• Identify and anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance; Develop risk mitigation plan


• Devise technology training programs according to organizational requirements


• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda


• Determine course content according to objectives


• Assist with preparing training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree with appropriate project experience in Information Systems, Communications, Business, or related field is highly preferred


• 5+ years of managing complex projects using formal project management processes is required


• Possessing knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy is required


• Certification in executing change management strategies such as Prosci methodology is highly preferred


• PMI certification(s) are a plus


• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of Change Management strategies in support of Enterprise Systems deployments is highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
