RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Advertising Campaign Manager in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving Game Pass sign ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional guidance to members of the wider Digital Marketing organization that oversee customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experiments, and analytics.

Duties Include:


  • Advertising Campaign Manager will lead Digital Marketing campaigns across all endpoints; In addition, you will recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy and ongoing testing plans

  • Drive ongoing testing, measurement, and campaign optimization across campaigns in partnership with Senior Marketing Content Marketing Lead, Analytics and Data Science teams

  • Continue to iterate new creative ideas to continue to push acquisition and engagement with core audiences across surfaces

  • As an Advertising Campaign Manager, you will develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams

  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 8+ years in product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, business strategy or programming

  • Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance

  • Outstanding project management and time management

  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills

  • Strong communicator across all aspects of campaign development

  • Analytical mindset for continuous improvement

  • Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business

  • Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services and content marketing






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
