RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client has a remote long-term contract for a Senior Node Engineer. We are seeking a true senior level Engineer to fit in with this team.

Summary:
This Senior Node Engineer will have the opportunity to work on a development team creating new banking applications and shared platform services using an innovative technology stack as well as engage daily with other Software engineers, Product owners, and Business Analysts, on your team and across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Defines or refines standards for the design and development of software


• Collaborates with developers, QA, operations, and management to provide technical direction in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment


• Completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification, and resolution


• Performs system analysis and programming activities which require extensive research and analysis


• Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application


• Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices


• Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards


• Oversees the definition and documentation of standards


• Contributes to defining and improving department processes


• Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with API Engineering


• 5 years of experience with NodeJS/TypeScript


• Experience in Data Engineering, Anomaly Detection, Statistics, and Machine Learning Ops


• Experience with Systems Engineering


• Experience in Kubernetes and Kubeflow

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
