Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Program Manager in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IPMM tollgate compliance, partnering with entity level PMOs


• Ensure sound project governance and coordination across all PMOs


• Prepare responses to regulatory, Internal Audit and Compliance commitments related to SOX, RCSA regulations


• Monitor quality assurance and training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements in EPMO functions to drive improvement in hygiene, metrics and KRI/KPIs


• Develops and manages product development priorities by coordinating with programs and customer service.


• Produce reports for executive, compliance and regulatory stakeholders


• Perform Quality Assurance process to ensure compliance


• Produce monthly KRIs and other metrics to support the application of the project management methodology

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience


• Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and operational aspects of projects


• Ability to communicate effectively with PM, Portfolio Managers, Business/Tech Leaders


• Governance and controls experience


• MS Office tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
