Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Analyst in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership and Development:


  • Lead the project to merge systems, focusing on product ownership rather than development

  • Assist in data modeling in Power BI; No data ingestion required

  • Build and present visualizations in Power BI to stakeholders

Finance Expertise:

  • Utilize your finance background (commercial or supply chain experience is a plus) to inform project decisions

  • Provide financial acumen and insights to support various business functions

Leadership and Communication:

  • Drive project conversations, leading and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments

  • Conduct wire framing and meet with customers to gather requirements and provide updates

  • Support intake processes for different departments including manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, and HR







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven experience in a product ownership role, preferably within a digital transformation or system merger project

  • Strong background in finance, with additional knowledge in commercial or supply chain management

  • Proficient in Power BI for data modeling and visualization

  • Hands-on experience with large enterprise systems, particularly S4/HANA and Fiori

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of large enterprise systems

  • Resourceful in learning and problem-solving, using platforms like YouTube and Chat GPT

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive conversations and influence stakeholders

  • Tech-savvy, with a curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies and tools independently

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in the office

  • Experience with S4/HANA and Fiori is highly desirable

Adaptability and Problem Solving:

  • Thrive in a chaotic and changing environment

  • Ability to provide development support to the struggling development team if needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, corporate functions, or HR

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
