Job Description:

Our client are an industry-leading GC with an extensive list of successful public projects. They are seeking a Superintendent to oversee a $25M EV Charging Station project.


As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety. You will also supervise and manage on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Experience you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 8 years as a Construction Superintendent


• Ground-up Structural Steel


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
