What This Role Does:
Position is a HANDS ON Supervisory role overseeing approximately 20 workers engaged in operating a variety of machines to manufacture molded fiber packaging trays for our community and the nation.
Creates schedules and ensures worker hours are accurate in timeclock system.
Assist in some mechanical work, TROUBLESHOOT and resolve work problems and carry out other supervisory responsibilities to keep business moving.
Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met, quality inspections are done, and make suggestions for improvement, to ensure our customers receive top-notch product! We take great pride in what we do!
Do you have:
Two to four years of Industrial Supervisory experience?
The ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (switching days/nights every 4 weeks)
A stable work history, strong work ethic & desire to learn/grow?
A “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability?
The ability to work on your feet and think fast in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We produce molded fiber trays for packaging and shipping apples, avocados, eggs and wine bottles.
Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts: 4 weeks on Days (7am-7pm) and 4 weeks on Nights (7pm-7am):
