We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory needs.


• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures.


• Monitor patients' responses to therapy and adjust treatments as necessary.


• Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and proper use of respiratory equipment.


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of California.


• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
