Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Marketing, US Oncology, the Associate Director, Portfolio Marketing, US Oncology will lead and manage key marketing operations and programs critical to the success of the US Oncology Business Unit.



Responsibilities:



include, but aren't limited to the following:National and Regional Congress ManagementLead congress planning for US Oncology Marketing Team.Management of planning meetings, logistical and operational support which includes budget management, registration and housing logistics, and operational execution for each congress.Project manage the congress planning needs for the brand congress lead and their cross-functional partners.Act as the main liaison with association and congress partners to identify sponsorship levels, manage sponsorship payments, and fulfill all sponsorship benefits.Provide analytics support and reporting to evaluate future participation and forecasting.Field Exhibits and State Society Memberships ManagementManage the end-to-end process of Field Exhibits and State Society Memberships, including processing, approval, payment, and reconciliation.Oversee the fulfillment of all sponsorship benefits, ensuring the Field Force has access to all necessary promotional assets.Provide comprehensive training and support on exhibits and sponsorships to the Field Force.Serve as the primary contact for association partners regarding payments, new vendor registrations, and exhibit registrations.Manage the associated budget, ensuring accurate monthly reconciliation and reporting.Marketing and CommunicationsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility at exhibits, congresses, and other events.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials that align with strategic goals.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promotional activities and congress engagement.Operational SupportPO/SOW Processing & Management for Portfolio Marketing, Strategic Engagements, Sales Leadership and Congress, Field Exhibit and State Societies. Provide meeting planning support, including but not limited to venue selection, contracting, food and beverage arrangements, AV setup, and room configuration for regional sales meetings.Facilitate monthly and quarterly communications regarding process updates and sponsorship analytics.Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team concerning field exhibits, sponsorship fulfillment, and promotional material needs.The ideal candidate must have prior marketing and/or marketing operations experience and experience working in large-scale, complex project, supporting, and working with cross-functional partners.Location: On-site 3 days/week in Rockland, MA and then in the Seaport of Boston, MA in September 2024.Travel: Position requires domestic travel up to 20% of time



Minimum Qualifications:



BA/BS degree requiredMinimum of 5-7 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry with experience in marketing operations and/or meetings management or relevant experience.Pharmaceutical congress management and/or sponsorship management experience is requiredProven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics executionProven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExcellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and leadership skillsComfortable working in a fast pace and high expectation organization where the focus is on both what you do, and how you accomplish your goals and objectivesProven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Team.



Preferred Qualifications:
