The Executive Assistant is a key role supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a member of the Executive Leadership Team and coordinating and collaborating with the Executive Administration team. This role is essential to the internal and external communications for the executive team, managing calendars for maximum coordination, ensuring smooth travel planning, and owning executive business processes.
This position will also support the reception duties of the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters (5th floor). This includes representing Resideo through greeting guests, coordinating visitors, and providing general services as the main receptionist for the facility .
