The Market Planning Manager will contribute to the development of new product launch and product life cycle processes. You will guide the development of Agile processes that support a products or brand's introductory into the market, track new product launch sales, complete and facilitate ODMO requests, support main customer's Website attribute data, and support Marketing's life cycle and complexity reduction journey. You will work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and across SBU's to help improve the delivery of main outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product launches - from SKU request to initial Inventory within Distribution.


• Develop proficiency in new product launch computer systems and simulate and test process improvements.


• Oversee ODMO requests related to Marketing-such as requesting new items, master level attribute changes, and organization assignments.


• Lead important departmental tasks for new projects and new processes development.


• Work across geographic boundaries and SBU's to collaborate with other departments to implement new solutions.


• Develop business cases to support projects; participate in business process modeling and research efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and 3+ years of experience.


• High skill level with Oracle - Knowledge of PPG Oracle R12 implementation.


• Will accomplish detailed tasks, delegate and bring projects to a successful conclusion.


• Obtain credibility with people at all levels in the organization and manage multiple activities.


• Competency in computer skills (Must: Excel (can perform complex functions), Teams, Project, Planner, Desirable: PowerApps, & Power BI).
