Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with residential homeowners Coordinate site visits with owners for roof evaluations Gather roof measurements, photos, etc for accurate estimate Import PDF roof drawings into On Screen Takeoff estimating software Utilize DRC Estimate sheets to complete roof estimates Generate proposal to customer via Word and email our Track and following up on all bids via CRM tool Capture contracts of sent bids Create job files once contract is captured Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures Support and abide by the values of the company Other duties as assigned
