We presently have an employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in one of our operations.  In this new role, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing the dealership’s inventory.   

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?


  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all lease returns.

  • Accountable for the efficient coordination and execution of dealer trades.

  • Responsible for the demos to ensure they are cycled in a timely manner and maintaining proper control of the license plates.

  • Accountable for the proper control of keys and inventory of vehicles and packages by effectively managing the inventory system, physical inventory, and Key Room inventory. 

  • Assists the General Sales Manager with allocation and inventory as needed.

  • Performs all dealer trades by coordinating with other dealerships to locate inventory.

  • Monitoring inventory on a daily basis and reconciling to accounting inventory.

  • Developing working relationships with other area dealerships to facilitate occasional dealer trades on an as-needed basis.

  • Responsible for accessories percentage in the monthly allocations.

  • Maximizes dealer gross monies on all monthly accessories.

Position Requirements:


  • Prior dealership experience.

  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Organizational skills for efficient office control.

  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel).

  • Proficiency with Key Trac software.
