DoubleTree Boston Cambridge is looking for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic team!
Located in the heart of Boston overlooking the Charles River, this hotel has coupled modern architecture and design with comfort and elegance offering 308 rooms, over 8,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a breakfast restaurant, lounge, rooftop bar, jazz club , and in-room dining.
In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations managing a team of 10-15.
The ideal candidate will be a driven leader who fosters a positive culture with a passion for delivering culinary excellence, a talent for developing others, and thrives in a high-volume environment. At least two (2) years of culinary leadership experience within a high-volume environment is required. Prior hotel and banquet experience are a plus.
