Sales Administrative Assistant:  

The Sales Administration Assistant supports the North American sales team, utilizing their organizational management skills to drive our growth initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will be/have:  

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

  • Possess excellent (verbal and written) communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to function independently in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

  • Ability to collaborate, influence and coordinate across the internal organization (Field Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.), including senior level management.

  • Must be able to work off hours including weekends when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and measure Distributor activities, to include: contracts, reporting, tracking, transition planning, presentations and periodically will participate with on-site distributor visits.


  • Manage, organize, create and send customer communications, including maintaining key customer contacts and segment information .

  • Organize and monitor new hire training, distributor onboarding and customer visits, including the scheduling of internal functional team members, building PowerPoint decks, and coordinating meals, entertainment, customer gifts, and customer hotel accommodations.

  • Facilitate local and national sports and special event hospitality, including calendar oversight, ticket distribution, coordination with sport venue account manager, menu planning, invoice reconciliation and other hospitality needs (hotel, transportation and/or meal reservations).

  • Performs office tasks including maintaining filing systems, records, preparing documents, ordering supplies, generating PO’s.

  • Arranges travel, accommodations, schedule meetings and prepares expense reports on behalf of executives

  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.


  • Maintain knowledge of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to assist the sales managers including keeping track of training/learning opportunities for important meetings, such as National Sales Meeting, trade shows, NBMDA, and Regional Sales Meetings.

  • Act as the single point of contact for the field sales team for safety checklists, B2B profile, Salesforce account maintenance and organizational announcements, etc.

  • Act as a backup resource for field sales leaders in approving workflow activity as needed


  • Oversee annual mass mailings, Corporate customer correspondence annual customer/supplier holiday cards and/or gifts and international mailings to Broadview corporate and sister companies.

  • Responsible for Sales record retention policies as outlined by our Legal Department.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least four years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
