REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Minimum of three years’ experience or technical school diploma required. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to pass background, physical exam and drug screen.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs any and all yard work assigned by supervisor. Also, washes rental equipment when needed. Work must be completed successfully within acceptable timeframe with a minimum amount of supervision. Responsible for loading and unloading equipment with no supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
Support customers external and internal in a professional, courteous, timely and responsive manner.
Assist with machines being ready to ship with correct work tools/attachments.
Demonstrate to customers how to operate machines and check fluid levels when they pick up machines or attachments.
Ensure proper signatures are captured on required documents.
Inventory:
Reconcile all inventory daily, to include scanning and barcoding.
Conduct Weekly Inventory audits and reconcile, bring discrepancies to management attention immediately.
Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisor with little or no additional direction.
Keeps yard inventory updated within business system and organized as needed.
Maintains paperwork on equipment entering and leaving yard.
Manage Work tools and machines inventory.
Assists with other projects as needed or assigned by supervisor.
