Job Description:

Must have 5+ years of EA experience to be considered!



Job Duties:



  • Proactively manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Co-CEO and Founder

  • Provide support with email management and coordination of conference calls.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including planning, agendas, developing complete and comprehensive itineraries, & booking flights.

  • Prepare expense reports and Center invoices.

  • Execute on planning, organizing, and scheduling executive's personal and professional duties.

  • Act as liaison for internal customers and key contact for executive contacts and customers.

  • Manage projects as requested.

Requirements:



  • Five years of executive assistant experience

  • Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills

  • Exceptional people skills & friendly and professional demeanor

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and executive presence

  • Demonstrated follow-through and result driven.


Additional Info:




  • Salary: $75-95K


  • Schedule: M-F 8am - 4:30pm (Approx.)


  • Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
