This position is an on-site position at the corporate office. The ideal candidate has a strong Customer Service background along with Inside Sales or Account Management experience. This company specializes in manufacturing & distribution of industrial/commercial consumer products.
Duties:
Manage customer phone calls and emails
Process customer orders, resolve issues and answer general customer questions
Provide insight on products and the application of them and make recommendations as needed
Build rapport with customers through empathy product recommendations improving customer experience through survey feedback
Develop sales strategy that promotes sales and buying incentives to retain current customer and generate reoccurring sales
Qualifications:
2+ years of Call Center Customer Service Experience or Inside Sales experience
High School Diploma or greater (4 year degree is a plus)
Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel systems
