Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a IVR QA LEAD. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located with in Charlotte, NC. or be willing to relocate to these locations. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of IVR QA Lead experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
IT Experience with 4+ years in Testing and working on tools like ALM
3+ years Cyara or any other IVR Automation experience
Experience in onshore/offshore coordination leading large onsite + offshore teams
Good working understanding of Kubernetes/Docker
Extensive experience in testing Webservices both SOAP and REST
4+ years' experience writing complex SQL queries
Extensive experience in working with Unix systems
Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool
Telecom/Cable Domain back ground and testing experience on IVR would be beneficial.
