Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Technology Architect

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 11 years of SAP experience with at least 2 large scale end to end S/4HANA conversion experience.


• Senior ABAP Developer with strong hands on programming skills across Apps and DB


• Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot complex performance issues.


• Should be able to design and implement scalable and performant solutions (App + DB).


• Should be able to propose forward looking architecture / designs for ECC solutions to minimize remediation impact during S4H conversion.


• Knowledge of techniques to manage large datasets in transactional programs.


• Understands data archiving concepts as well as experience in data retrieval from archive DB.


• Strong awareness of secure programming concepts and performance best practices in SAP environments


• Ability to anticipate & manage risks during various stages of S/4HANA conversion


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to independently drive and handle discussions with client technical managers involving strategic project plans


• Good understanding of interfaces across multiple systems


• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and work with globally distributed teams

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, NY is as indicated below:
$113000 to $147000
