Duties and Responsibilities | 1. Assist with management of the College of Education Grants Offices federally funded grant programs including INCREASE, CREDIBLE, PULSE, SES, SEIE, ECDI, CREED, and RESET. 2. Provide academic and wraparound support services to student scholars sponsored by the College of Education Grants Office programs to ensure progress and success. 3. Manage data base of College of Education Grants Office partner organizations, including area schools, associated principals, and special education staff. 4. Manage student scholar demographics database for all active grants to assist with the office’s Federal reporting requirements. 5. Assist with drafting written copy in support of annual reports, grant close-outs, and other activities. 6. Evaluate student performance outcomes using a data-driven approach, using a data-driven approach. 7. Assist with managing the project management workflow for the office. 8. Assist with arranging travel for students enrolled in grant programs directed by Dr. William Drakeford.. 9. Assist with setting up professional development activities for students enrolled in grant programs directed by Dr. William Drakeford. 10. Assist with creating contracts as requested for faculty/consultants working with activities in the grant programs directed by Dr. William Drakeford. 11. Assist with routine file maintenance. |

Education | A Bachelor’s degree is required. |
---|---|
Experience | At least three years of relevant experience with an office environment, including direct experience in support federal grants. |
Knowledge Skills and Abilities | 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 2, Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize completing priorities with minimal supervision.. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Able to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Responsible, dependent, and trustworthy. |
