Starting Range: Up to $33.26 an hour (based on experience) for day shift with a 5% an hour shift differential for night shift.

Work Hours: 12 hour, Night Shift

Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN

As our Technical Specialist, you will:

• Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements
• Lead and coach employees in all aspects of operation, housekeeping and crew maintenance processes
• Lead and coach employees to run at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality
• Verify and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
• Receive training to help advance your career
• Assist with new equipment evaluations, installations, and training aids
• Supervise crews as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
• Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Experience - Previous press operator 2 experience required
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
• Ability to work in teams or alone and ability to motivate other team members
