Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Technical Strategy & Architecture matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Works with user groups to identify, develop, acquire, and implement methodologies for the installation of new information systems or integration of existing systems. Coordinates in the acquisition and installation of hardware, software, databases, and peripherals that meet client needs. Often have focused knowledge of a specific technology or industry. Possesses the necessary technical skills to study and analyze systems needs; and handle systems development, systems process analysis, design and re-engineering. May conduct organizational studies and evaluations; help design IT systems and procedures; conduct work and process studies; and/or manage project timelines, budgets, fees and outcomes. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex IT Strategy assignments.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, or Python
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience with developing RESTful web services
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience in release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams
Ability to manage dependencies and mitigate risks within the release process
Problem-solving skills to address issues and bottlenecks during the release cycle
Experience in facilitating release planning sessions and sprint ceremonies
Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and release management best practices
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Node
Experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of search solutions such as Lucene, Solr, or ElasticSearch
Experience in architecting and designing distributed systems that are highly available and security focused

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 105,200 - 175,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
