Job Description:

Under general direction from the Senior Marketing Manager, develop and implement business strategies, marketing plans, market research, advertising, promotions, and strategy for new product development for the full Gloves category across all retail channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the Gloves category including portfolio prioritization and innovation strategy for branded and private label gloves. Gloves category includes all gloves sold in the retail market across First Aid, Cleaning and Industrial use.

  • Create the strategic and annual business plans and product priorities for the private label and branded portfolio.

  • Serve as category expert for the gloves category, using category and consumer insights and trends to inform business plans, marketing strategies, and customer presentations

  • Spearhead innovation, development and launch, encompassing product, packaging, and communications for all gloves products.

  • Serve as "brand lead" for the Venom Steel and CURAD gloves brands, advising and consulting cross-divisionally on the positioning, product domain, and architecture for the brand.

  • Lead the development of the innovation pipeline for all gloves brands in the portfolio.

  • Manage cross-functional teams (internal and external including marketing agencies, packaging, and product management) in the development and execution of gloves initiatives to ensure proper and timely customer communication.

Education


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Brand management and new product development experience is a plus.
  • Retail or CPG experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead in a matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level experience in PowerPoint, MS Office.
