JOB DESCRIPTION

The End User Services Information Technology Asset Manager (ITAM) will be responsible for the facilitating the daily and long-term strategic lifecycle management of End User Computers and Peripherals for the enterprise. This candidate will be accountable to oversee the operations teams to ensure adoption and adherence to the policies at the regional and global levels. The owner will ensure the technology and processes use to support ITAM will fulfill all regulatory, operational, audit and reporting requirements for senior management.

The candidate will have a combination of customer service, oral and written communication skills with a strong desire to define processes and policies that support ITAM at a global level.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving assets from Chubb's third-party vendors
  • Coordination for the Dispatching of assets to other branches for stock replenishment and new hires
  • Retrieving assets from an offboarded employee
  • Cataloging, inventory management, and removal of all assets in Chubb's ServiceNow instance
  • Implementing device upgrades as directed by Chubb
  • Assisting the DSS team in various activities such as PC refreshes and other projects
  • Assumed responsibility for Cell Phone Asset Management (Additional responsibility)
  • Oversight of IT Asset Management
  • Create and manage telecom porting orders with carriers and internal teams
  • Ensuring the required Asset Management and Disposal activities can be performed in a timely fashion; including dispatching resources to perform the tasks when required
  • Define, manage and execute communication plans and distribution lists for multiple stakeholders
  • Monthly Asset audits
  • Tracking of scheduled disposals
  • Additional depot related tasks to be identified (future services)
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
