Description:
We are working with a national distribution company seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in their Denver, CO location. English/Spanish fluency is a MUST. You will provide support and solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your ability to communicate effectively is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in both languages.

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.

  • Documentation: Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Translation: Translate documents and communications as needed to support customer interactions and internal processes.

  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and effective customer service.



Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (both written and spoken).

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
