The Judge Group is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Responsibilities:


- Make decisions and provide direction to resolve technical and production-related problems


- Monitors the alignment of product or lines with master production schedule and material planning to meet goals


- Facilitates communication, coordination and conflict resolution within and among teams


- Ensure team is working safely within the requirements of the company


Qualifications:


- Bachelors Degree


- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment


- Working in a machining environment a plus
