Shift: Second Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, 6 days a week)
Max Hourly Pay Rate: $40/hour W2 (OT pay is $60/hour after 40 hours)

Note from Hiring Manager: We prioritize reliability and strong leadership skills over hands-on/project management abilities. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, and Kronos) is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Minimum A.S. degree in related Maintenance Technical Fields
3 - 5+ years' experience in general maintenance supervision
Basic knowledge of building trades, such as power transmission systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
Responsibilities: As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining equipment, machinery, building, and property
Organizing, planning, and directing work assignments for maintenance technicians
Instructing and coordinating the activities of all personnel in the department to maintain top efficiencies and productivity
Managing and maintaining parts and supplies to minimize production downtime
Administering safety policies, company rules, and bargaining agreements related to the department
Providing guidance for compliance with plant safety regulations (e.g., Arch Flash Electrical Safety, NFPA-70E, LOTO, Energized Work Permits, Safe Cell Entry)
Coordinating work with outside contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Maintaining accurate records of machines and equipment repairs, drawings, manuals, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs
Ensuring plant security and maintaining housekeeping standards
Supervising and evaluating employee safety behavior, work methods, and adherence to lockout/tagout safety procedures
Motivating workers and developing plans to achieve work goals
Making approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs
Supervising maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and PLC equipment
Installing new machinery and equipment as directed
Ensuring the on-time completion of preventive and predictive maintenance program deliverables to improve facility equipment reliability
