***This is a hybrid role based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Specialist Sales Support, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Sales Governance team reporting to the Manager, Governance & Support, you will support the record processing, automation, standardization, and governance necessary to drive our holistic support of sales teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Provide email/case support to partners in capturing and advising their needs.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for all support, administrative, and auditing processes.
  • Manage own mailbox and monitor workflow with internal/external partners and team members.
  • Assist all customer inquiries/issues, user requests, policy/procedural inquiries, and escalated situations, and respond expertly with Best Practices regarding products and services, within the stated authority.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work cross-functionally with our hoteliers and sales teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in systems that are supported by our Sales Governance team.
  • Engage with other teams on setting standard methodologies to ensure a consistent partner experience.
  • Engage with project teams working to establish automations.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Supports necessary cleanup initiatives related to quality checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of information in all relevant systems and processes.
  • Complete tasks for special projects such as new Brand deployments.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • One (1) year of work experience in the travel industry or systems/products/project support-related experience
  • Two (2) years of use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
  • Hybrid work schedule two days per week based in the Dallas corporate office
  • Travel up to20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Delphi.fdc, or relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems)
  • Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc)
