This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, forecasting, and process improvements.

As a Manager on the WorkForce Performance (WFP) team, you will focus on optimizing time and labor resources for managed hotels. Reporting to a Sr Manager of WorkForce Performance, you will build innovative training solutions, budgeting tools, and time-keeping methods and promote the use of best-in-class Labor Management System (LMS), Time & Attendance (T&A) system, and the use of available technology including team member-facing mobile features.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Oversee the weekly labor management responsibilities of a portfolio of properties in the Hilton-managed estate
  • Work directly with property managers on supporting best-in-class scheduling and daily evaluation practices
  • Plan, communicate, and administer financial strategies for property management
  • Evaluate and communicate hotel & regional performance for hotel and regional Sr Leadership

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership from multiple properties on the performance and direction of Hotel operations, and determine real-time decisions for the optimal outcome for property guests, team members, and business.
  • Partner with Hilton HR, Finance, Operations corporate teams on several cross-functional projects

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Creation and evaluation of new reporting and performance analytics tools across several platforms to help better identify areas of performance risks and opportunities
  • Execute remote and in-person property visits using a standard agenda for all hotels
  • Collaborate with wider Workforce Performance team to develop resource plans and execute new Labor Management Systems, T&A systems, and other technology implementations

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Five (5) years of professional work experience in hospitality operations, finance, or related work that supports time and labor management
  • Two (2) years of experience in Hotel Operations or Hotel Finance
  • Advanced experience with labor management systems and process evaluation
  • Travel 20% +

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or another related advanced degree
  • Two (2) years presenting key findings and key analysis to executive leadership
  • Experience using business analytic tools such as Tableau or Cognos
